Recipe Spotlight: Homemade Hot Chocolate

Christmas is coming and what better way to celebrate than with hot chocolate and your loved ones? This recipe is perfect for any cold, winter day, and really easy to make! Just put everything in a pot, turn the slow cooker on, go outside and play in the snow for a few hours, and it will be ready when you come back in.


2 Cup Chocolate Chips
1 1/2 tsp vanilla 
1 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk 
1 1/2 Cups of Heavy Whipping Cream 
6 Cups Milk 
Candy Canes
Whip Cream (Optional) 


Pour all ingredients into the crockpot and mix together until well combined. Cook for 2 hours on low (or an hour on high), stirring occasionally. Once all mixed, and chocolate melted, pour into your favorite mug, and enjoy! 

TIP: You can make it with white chocolate chips, dark chocolate, butterscotch, etc. The possibilities are endless!
